Viet Nam is a vibrant country with great landscapes; interesting history and culture; excellent food and some of the friendliest locals we've met. I never thought I would fall in love with this country but I did. I'm sure everyone has seen images of the ever popular Ha Long Bay, "minorities" of SaPa, Mui-ne Sand dunes, Imperial city of Hue, basket boats, etc. but I wanted to show what really made this country unique. (Hint: its not a UNESCO site)
A month was way too short of a stay but enough to get a taste of this country. We were fortunate enough to experience everything through our self-guided way of travel. Each leg of our trip led to us to more interesting places, pushing us further and further away from the well-trodden tourist track.
I wanted to share with you Viet Nam through my eyes, in this case, my lens.
