Film II - Iceland
I have a soft spot for this place. Since the first time visiting this magical island, I fell in love with the landscape and scenery.
Each time I’ve visited, there was always something new to explore: It was raw and unspoilt nature. Seeing it evolve into what it is now, I found it difficult to find the essence of what drew me here in the first place. Overtourism had taken over: farms which were once open are now gated shut; litter strewn about on the side of the highway and hordes of gore-tex cladded “adventurers” walking across dangerously on the highway in search of that epic pose.
Once the sun breaks or sets, and the crowds dwindle, the magic reappears and my love for Iceland sets back in.
